Celsius temperature scale can be defined as the temperature has two fixed points, one of the fixed points is known as Ice points, and at this point, water solidifies itself to form ice. This occurs at ${0^o}C$ and the other point is known as a steam point, this is the point where water evaporates to form steam. This happens at the temperature of ${100^o}C$.
Kelvin temperature scale on the other hand is defined as the fraction of $\dfrac{1}{{273.16}}$ of the thermodynamic temperature of the triple point of water.
We know that the triple point of water is defined as that particular temperature at which water can exist in all three states that is solid, liquid and gaseous.
In the Celsius scale, the triple point of water is at ${0.01^o}C$ and in the Kelvin scale, it is at exactly $273.16K$.
We can convert a given temperature from Celsius to Kelvin scale by adding $273.16$ to the temperature at the Celsius scale.
${T_C} + 273.16 = {T_K}$

${T_K}$ is the temperature at Kelvin scale
